Patcharajuta Claims 12-Under Victory at Hua Hin's Singha-SAT Thai LPGA Masters
Patcharajuta Kongkrapan, the 32-year-old golfer from Khon Kaen, closed out the final round
with a stellar 4-under 68 to claim the championship title at the Singha-SAT Thai LPGA Masters.
Her overall score of 12-under 204 gave her a commanding five-stroke lead over runner-up Kamolwan Luemsri.
The victory earned her a hefty 600,000 baht prize money at the season-ending event of the 2024
Thai LPGA Tour, held at the par-72, 6,296-yard Hua Hin Golf Club in Prachuap Khiri Khan on September 21st.
Organized by the Professional Golfers Association of Thailand with support from Singha Corporation,
the Sports Authority of Thailand, Hua Hin Golf Club, the State Railway of Thailand, and the Tongchai Charity Foundation, the Singha-SAT Thai LPGA Masters 2024 offered a prize purse of 4 million baht.
The tournament, played from September 19-21, attracted a field of 113 female golfers from 12 countries,
including Australia, Malaysia, Chinese Taipei, New Zealand, the Philippines, South Korea, Canada, Indonesia,
Hong Kong, India, Japan, and Thailand. The champion received a trophy and the 600,000 baht prize money,
while the top amateur golfer was awarded a trophy by the president of the Professional Golfers Association of Thailand.
